Finding, purchasing and moving into your dream home is an exciting time, especially if this is your first time buying a home, and I will be there to help every step of the way. The first step in finding your dream home will be meeting with me so that I can get to know you and what you want. You may already know exactly what you want and where, or you may need help pinpointing the best location and type of home for you.  

I'll then search properties, preview the homes, and send you details about the homes that I feel are the most likely candidates. If you like, you may also sign up for automatic email updates for all properties that meet your criteria, such as location and price.

As homes strike your interest, I will take you to see them. This is one of the really fun parts of finding your dream home and should be a journey not a 1,2,3 close-the-deal process. I promise you that I will never rush you or try to tell you what you want. This is after all, your dream home.   

Then comes the best part (next to moving in) – recognizing the one. It may be love at first sight, or you may need to go back and look around some more, but once you find your dream home, you'll know. At that point I will go to work negotiating the deal, making sure that you are well represented and getting the best price possible.
